Trinity

The reality of the Trinity (a word never once found in the entirety of the RSV Old-and-New-Testaments Holy Bible), or Trinitarian Godhead, is an interesting but perhaps potentially frustrating concept and entity for many to ponder.

The personhood components of the Triune God are said to be: "the Father", "the Son", and "the Holy Spirit".

All three can be named individually, as I did, or considered a unified group under the singular title of: "YHWH" which is the Jewish non-pronounceable assortment of consonants frequently referred to as: "Yahweh" when vowels are added, and also the English word: "LORD" (with all letters capitalized). The English word: "God" is also synonymous with that LORD word, and the Hebrew basis for that is: "Elohim" (pronounced: aaa like in "hey" or "hay", then "low", then "heem"). Another word for at least the Son part of the Trinity is: "Adonai" (pronounced "add", then "dough" or "doe", then "nigh").

For the most part, the Divine Word: "Father" for that person or part of the Trinitarian GOD is very rarely used, but as it is used once in Isaiah and twice in Malachi. It is rarely used in the Torah, or Pentateuch.

In Isaiah 9:6, the word "Father" is applied to the prophecy of a Divinely-and-humanly-conceived birthed Son with obvious New-Testament reference to Jesus Christ. And in Malachi, the "father of us all" merely refers to humanity's Creator.

The distinction between Father, Son, and Spirit is kind of fuzzy in some parts of the New Testament, as when Jesus is recorded to having said:

John 8:58 Jesus said to them: "Truthfully I say to you, before Abraham was, I AM."

. . . which strange alteration of common-sense understanding of English grammar involved with apparent conflict between past and present tense is clearly a reference to the following historical utterance:

Exodus 3:1 Now Moses was keeping the flock of his father-in-law, Jethro, the priest of Midian; and he led his flock to the west side of the wilderness, and came to Horeb, the mountain of God.
2 And the angel of the LORD appeared to him in a flame of fire out of the middle of a bush; and he looked, and wow, the bush was burning, yet it was not consumed.
3 And [scientific] Moses said: "I will turn aside and see this great sight, why the bush is not burnt."
4 When the LORD saw that he turned aside to see, God called to him out of the bush: "Moses, Moses!" And he replied: "Here am I."
5 Then [God] said: "Do not come near; put off your shoes from your feet, because the place on which you are standing is holy ground."
6 And [God continued]: "I am the God of your father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob." And Moses hid his face, because he was afraid to look at God.
7 Then the LORD said: "I have seen the affliction of my people who are in Egypt, and have heard their cry because of their taskmasters; I know their sufferings,
8 and I have come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians, and to bring them up out of that land to a good and broad land, a land flowing with milk and honey, to the place of the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Amorites, the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites.
9 And now, hey, the wailing of the people of Israel has come to me, and I have seen the oppression with which the Egyptians oppress them.
10 Come, I will send you to Pharaoh that you may bring out my people, the sons of Israel, out of Egypt."
13 Then Moses asked God: "If I come to the people of Israel and say to them: 'The God of your fathers has sent me to you,' and they ask me: "What is His name?' what shall I say to them?"
14 God replied to Moses: "I AM WHO I AM." And He added: "Say this to the people of Israel: 'I AM has sent me to you.'"
15 God also said to Moses: "Say this to the people of Israel: 'The LORD, the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you': this is my name forever, and thus I am to be remembered throughout all generations.

At this point, being that we know the Hebrew-based Name of God as indicated above, we can and should state that the Lord's name is NOT "allah" because "allah" is not related to the true Trinitarian God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob/Israel but merely to Abram relating to Hagar, maid of Sarai renamed Sarah, and then to ousted-from-the-family Ishmael:

Genesis 17:18 And Abraham said to God: "Oh that Ishmael might live in your sight!"
19 God replied: "No, but Sarah your wife shall bear you a son, and you shall call his name Isaac. I will establish my covenant with him as an everlasting covenant for his descendants after him.
20 As for Ishmael, I have heard you; hey, I will bless him and make him fruitful and multiply him greatly; he shall be the father of twelve princes, and I will make him a great nation.
21 But I will establish my covenant with Isaac, whom Sarah shall bear to you at this season next year."

Genesis 21:9 But Sarah saw the son of Hagar the Egyptian, whom she had borne to Abraham, mocking her son Isaac.
10 So she said to Abraham: "Throw out this slave woman with her son, because the son of this slave woman shall not be heir with my son Isaac."
11 And the thing was very displeasing to Abraham on account of his son.
12 But God said to Abraham: "Be not displeased because of the lad and because of your slave woman; whatever Sarah says to you, do as she tells you, because through Isaac shall your descendants be named.
13 And I will make a nation of the son of the slave woman also, because he is your offspring."

So we see the temporarily-endearing human father-son relationship pertaining to Abraham and Ishmael, and in the case of Jesus in the New Testament there was even more of a close and intimate love-exchange relationship between "the Father" and "the Son". Such love relationship is not Textually expressed between the Father and Spirit, the Son and Spirit, and the Spirit with either the Father or the Son, and yet one Baptist theology professor has claimed that Augustine (an ancient catholic church father) said that the Holy Spirit is simply: "love between the Father and Son, and between the Son and the Father."

Such relegation of the Holy Spirit to simply: "love" leaves much to be desired, to put it mildly.

The identity and nature and work of the Holy Spirit as one of three Persons of the Godhead will be elaborated upon later on in this webpiece.

But first, the family-sounding names of God as: "Father" and: "Son" are somewhat-understandably confusing to islamic and other cults who misthink in terms of human conception and birthing requiring a female (i.e. a mother), but there is no place nor reference in the entire Bible alluding to any female involved in Divine reproduction of either the Father or the Spirit, and even though the virgin Mary was participant in the conception and birth of the Son of Man (i.e. Jesus), she was not the Creator of the Son of God (i.e. Jesus, again), because the Son of God always existed in eternity past (even having conceived and created Mary Himself before being conceived in and birthed by her), as always existed the Father and the Spirit, according to Scripture, as the Bible states:

John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
John 1:2 He was in the beginning with God;
John 1:3 all things were made through Him, and without Him was not anything made that was made.

Second Thessalonians 2:13 But we are bound to give thanks to God always for you, buddies beloved by the Lord, because God chose you from the beginning to be saved, through sanctification by the Spirit and belief in the truth.

Hebrews 1:10 "You, Lord, did found the Earth in the beginning, and the heavens are the work of your hands"
Hebrews 7:3 He [Melchizedek ] is without [recorded] father or mother or genealogy, and has neither [recorded] beginning of days nor end of life, but resembling the Son of God he [symbolically] continues a priest forever.

Hebrews 13:8 Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.

Revelation 22:13 "I am the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end."

Although there is not a difference in terms of possible superiority or inferiority or status regarding the Divinity of the Three Persons of the Godhead (all are Divine and have no beginning nor ending) , there is a distinction of functions of each Divine person of the Trinity, which is not revealed in some of the Christian creeds, quasi-erroneously professing belief in "God the Father Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth", being that the Creatorship of Earth is instead apportioned to the Son of God (although Isaiah prophesied that the Son of God [to come] would also be: "Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace"):

Colossians 1:11 May you be strengthened with all power, according to His glorious might, for all endurance and patience with joy,
12 giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified us to share in the inheritance of the saints in light.
13 He has delivered us from the dominion of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of His beloved Son [Jesus, the Son of God],
14 in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.
15 He [Jesus, the Son of God] is the image of the invisible God, the first-born [Gr. pr(o)totokos] of all creation;
16 because in Him [Jesus, the Son of God] all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or authorities -- all things were created through Him [Jesus, the Son of God] and for Him.
17 He [Jesus, the Son of God] is before all things, and in Him [Jesus, the Son of God] all things hold together. [Physicists should like that one!]

[ NOTE: The phrase: "first-born of all creation" certainly does not mean that the Son of God was birthed out of the womb of some supposed divine female god or goddess, and also does not mean that the Son of God is a created being and thus (like an angel) finitely inferior to the other Persons of the Godhead . . . but means that the Son of God in the god-man form of Jesus Christ who was conceived in and birthed by Mary is the first sentient entity with a dual nature of both God and man in one, as the resurrected and redeemed Christian saints will someday also be ].

Hebrews 1:1 In many and various ways God [the Father? the Son?] spoke of old to our fathers by the prophets;
2 but in these last days He [the Father?] has spoken to us by His Son, whom He [the Father?] appointed the heir of all things, through whom also He [the Father?] created the world. (thus the Nicene Creed gives creation credit to the Father)
3 He is the brightness of God's [the Father's?] glory and the express image of His [the Father's?] person, upholding all things by the word of His [the Son's?] power. When He [certainly the Son and NOT the Father!] had by Himself [the Son and NOT the Father!] purged our sins, He [obviously the Son and NOT the Father!] sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high.
8 But of the Son He [the Father?] says: "Your throne, God [the Son called God by the Father?], is forever, the righteous scepter is the scepter of your kingdom.
9 You have loved righteousness and hated lawlessness; therefore God [the Father?], your God [the Father?], has anointed you with the oil of gladness beyond your comrades."
10 And: "You, Lord [the Son but NOT the Father?], did found the earth in the beginning, and the heavens are the work of your hands;
11 they will perish, but you remain; they will all grow old like a garment,
12 like a mantle you will roll them up, and they will be changed. But you are the same, and your years will never end."

This alteration, distinction, or name-separation between and of Father and Son, and Son and Father, concordant with such references as:

Ephesians 6:23 Peace be to the male groupies, and love with faith, from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

. . . seems hard to pinpoint at times, but it seems clear that the function of the Father was to commission the Son to sacrificially die on a cross concordant with the Hebrew requirement for animal sacrifice acknowledging and attempting to counter human sins committed and not performed . . . whereas the function of the Son was to preach and teach doctrine, to heal humans, and to comply with His Father's desire to become The Main Dude in that gracious and benevolent Contingency Plan for Atonement to absolve all sins of the faithfully-believing penitent . . . as compensatory payback relating to the Father, Son, and Spirit imposing the stumbling blocks of satanic Tempter, Lethal Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil, and eventually-misused Free Will of humans to deliberately and stupidly choose to sinfully screw up with, in the Garden of Eden.

The concept of "begotten" implies human-like conception and birth requiring both a male and female for it to occur, but in the case of the Trinity, there was NO female nor woman involved - only males - and concerning any "conception" and "birthing" in the sexual and fleshly substance sense, there is no record of such pertaining to Father God nor the Son of God nor the Spirit of God.

In fact, the only reference to "begotten" in the RSV Bible (to my knowledge) is from one and only one Bible verse in Psalms which is merely reiterated or requoted a few times in the New Testament.

Psalm 2:7 I will tell of the decree of the LORD: He said to me: "You are my Son, today I have begotten you.

Acts 13:33 . . . this [God] has fulfilled to us their children by raising Jesus; as also it is written in the second psalm: "You are my Son, today I have begotten you."
Hebrews 1:5 To what angel did God ever say: "You are my Son, today I have begotten you"? Or again: "I will be to him a father, and He shall be to me Son"?
Hebrews 5:5 So also Christ did not exalt Himself to be made a High Priest, but was appointed by Him who said to Him: "You are my Son, today I have begotten you".

The Nicene Creed makes a big deal about that begotten thing, redundantly repeating the word twice in the Creed, which is weird and strange (and in my opinion, needless and not necessary). Of course, such word as "begotten" ties in with the family designation of father and son (with mother not mentioned and thus excluded).

If there is any feminine aspect of the Spirit or a God-bird with wings, it can be associated with:

Exodus 19:4 You have seen what I did to the Egyptians, and how I bore you on eagles' wings and brought you to myself.

Deuteronomy 32:6 Do you thus requite the LORD, you foolish and senseless people? Is not He your Father, who created you, who made you and established you?
7 Remember the days of old, consider the years of many generations; ask your father, and he will show you; your elders, and they will tell you.
8 When the Most High gave to the nations their inheritance, when He separated the sons of men, He fixed the bounds of the peoples according to the number of the sons of God.
9 For the LORD's portion is His people, Jacob His allotted heritage.
10 He found him in a desert land, and in the howling waste of the wilderness; He encircled him, He cared for him, He kept him as the apple of His eye.
11 Like an eagle that stirs up its nest, that flutters over its young, spreading out its wings, catching them, bearing them on its pinions,
12 the LORD alone did lead him, and there was no foreign god with him.

Ruth 2:12 The LORD recompense you for what you have done, and a full reward be given you by the LORD, the God of Israel, under whose wings you have come to take refuge!"

Psalm 17:8 Keep me as the apple of the eye; hide me in the shadow of your wings

Psalm 36:7 How precious is your continual love, God! The children of humanity take refuge in the shadow of your wings.
57:1 To the choirmaster: according to Do Not Destroy. A Miktam of David, when he fled from Saul, in the cave. Be merciful to me, God, be merciful to me, because in you my soul takes refuge; in the shadow of your wings I will take refuge, until the storms of destruction pass by.
61:4 Let me reside in your tent forever! Oh to be safe under the shelter of your wings!
68:13 Though you all have lain among the pots, yet shall y'all be as the wings of a dove, covered with silver and her feathers with yellow gold.
63:7 you have been my help, and in the shadow of your wings I sing for joy.
91:4 He will cover you with His pinions, and under His (admittedly it does not instead state: "her") wings you will find refuge; His faithfulness is a shield and buckler.

Zechariah 5:9 Then I lifted my eyes and saw, and hey, two women coming forward! The wind was in their wings; they had wings like the wings of a stork, and they lifted up the ephah between earth and heaven.

Matthew 23:37 "Oh Jerusalem, Jerusalem, murdering the prophets and stoning those who are sent to you! How often would I have gathered your children together as a hen gathers her brood under her wings, and you would not!
Luke 13:34 Oh Jerusalem, Jerusalem, murdering the prophets and stoning those who are sent to you! How often would I have gathered your children together as a hen gathers her brood under her wings, and you would not!

Revelation 12:14 But the woman was given the two wings of the great eagle that she might fly from the serpent into the wilderness, to the place where she is to be nourished for a time, and times, and half a time.

I think that the best way to regard that verse in Psalm 2:7 relating to "begotten" is to only understand it prophetically pointing ahead to the conception and birth of Jesus the Son of God and Son of Man in what then was the future, and not to misregard it as presuming that the Father generated, or begot, or birthed His Son sometime in eternity past, being that that would not be logical, because the Son always existed in eternity past.

Why the Trinity is comprised of the three persons or components of Father, Son, and Spirit is not known, but is simply to be accepted as given fact. There is no explanation to be discovered, and none is needed. It just is. Live with it.

Even more of a mystery is the "predestination" and not simply "foreknowledge" of destined-to-be-saved and destined-to-freely-choose-salvation humans themselves not only coming from God but being part of God:

Hebrews 2:11 [KJV-types] Both He who sanctifies and they who are sanctified are all of One, for which cause He is not ashamed to call them brethren.
Hebrews 2:11 [RSV-types] He who sanctifies and those who are sanctified have all one origin. That is why He is not ashamed to call them brethren.

And what is the function of the Holy Spirit, being that not: "It", but rather: "He", is part of the Triune Godhead?

First of all, the [Holy] Spirit is the Empowerer, the Strength-Giver and Miracle-Doer

Judges 14:6 . . . the Spirit of the LORD came mightily upon [Samson], and he tore the lion apart as one tears a young goat; and he had nothing in his hand. But he did not tell his father or his mother what he had done.
Judges 15:14 When [Samson] came to Lehi, the Philistines came shouting to meet him; and the Spirit of the LORD came mightily upon him, and the ropes which were on his arms became as flax that has caught fire, and his bonds melted off his hands.

Daniel 4:9 "O Belteshazzar (i.e. Daniel), chief of the magicians, because I know that the spirit of the holy gods is in you and that no mystery is difficult for you, here is the dream which I saw; tell me its interpretation.
Daniel 4:18 This dream I, King Nebuchadnezzar, saw. And you, O Belteshazzar, declare the interpretation, because all the wise men of my kingdom are not able to make known to me the interpretation, but you are able, because the spirit of the holy gods is in you."

Matthew 12:28 But if it is by the Spirit of God that I exorcise demons, then the kingdom of God has come upon you.

Acts 8:39 And when they came up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord caught up Philip; and the eunuch saw him no more, and went on his way rejoicing.

First Corinthians 2:11 What person knows someone's thoughts except the spirit of the human which is in them? So also no one comprehends the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God.
First Corinthians 2:12 Now we have received not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who (not: "which") is from God, that we might understand the gifts given to us by God.

Second Corinthians 3:3 and you show that you are a letter from Christ delivered by us, written not with ink but with the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts.

He [the Holy Spirit] is the One Who Inspires and the One who Enlightens.

Proverbs 16:10 Inspired decisions are on the lips of a king; his mouth does not sin in judgment.

Matthew 22:43 He said to them: "How is it then that David, inspired by the Spirit, calls him Lord . . "?

Mark 12:36 David himself, inspired by the Holy Spirit, declared: "The Lord said to my Lord: 'Sit at my right hand, until I put your enemies under your feet.' "

John 16:13 When the Spirit of Truth comes, He will guide you into all the truth, because He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak, and He will declare to you the things that are to come.

First Corinthians 12:11 All these are inspired by one and the same Spirit, who apportions to each one individually as He wills.

First Thessalonians 1:6 And you became imitators of us and of the Lord, because you received the word in much affliction, with joy inspired by the Holy Spirit.

Second Timothy 3:16 All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness . . .

He [the Holy Spirit] is the Intercessor.

Romans 8:26 Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness, because we do not know how to pray as we ought, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with sighs too deep for words.
Romans 8:27 And He who searches the hearts of men knows what is the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints according to the will of God.

He [the Holy Spirit] is the Executioner.

Acts 5:3 But Peter said: "Ananias, why has Satan filled your heart to lie to the Holy Spirit and to keep back part of the proceeds of the land?
4 While it remained non-sold, did it not remain your own? And after it was sold, was it not at your disposal? How is it that you have contrived this deed in your heart? You have not lied to men but to God."
5 When Ananias heard these words, he fell down and died. And great fear came upon all who heard of it.
6 The young men rose and wrapped him up and carried him out and buried him.
7 After an interval of about three hours his wife came in, not knowing what had happened.
8 And Peter said to her: "Tell me whether you sold the land for so much." And she replied: "Yes, for so much."
9 But Peter said to her: "How is it that you have agreed together to tempt the Spirit of the Lord? Listen up: the feet of those who have buried your husband are at the door, and they will carry you out."
10 Immediately she fell down at his feet and died. When the young men came in they found her dead, and they carried her out and buried her beside her husband.
11 And great fear came upon the whole church, and upon all who heard of these things.

He, amongst all Three Persons of the Godhead, is specifically designated as He who is not to be reviled nor blasphemed.

Leviticus 24:10 Now an Israelite woman's son, whose father was an Egyptian, went out among the people of Israel; and the Israelite woman's son and a man of Israel quarreled in the camp,
11 and the Israelite woman's son blasphemed the Name, and cursed. And they brought him to Moses. His mother's name was Shelomith, the daughter of Dibri, of the tribe of Dan.
12 And they put him in custody, till the will of the LORD should be declared to them.
13 And the LORD said to Moses:
14 "Bring out of the camp him who cursed; and let all who heard him lay their hands upon his head, and let all the congregation stone him.
15 And say to the people of Israel: Whoever curses his God shall bear his sin.
16 He who blasphemes the name of the LORD shall be put to death; all the congregation shall stone him; the traveler (or immigrant) as the native, when he blasphemes the Name, shall be put to death.
17 He who murders a man shall be put to death.
18 He who kills (though not: "murders") a beast shall make it good, life for life.
19 When a person causes a disfigurement in their neighbor, as they have done it shall be done to them,
20 fracture for fracture, eye for eye, tooth for tooth; as they have disfigured a person, they shall be disfigured.
21 He who kills (though not: "executes") a beast shall make it good; and anyone who murders a person shall be put to death.
22 You shall have one law for the traveler [or immigrant] and for the native; for I am the LORD your God."
23 So Moses spoke to the people of Israel; and they brought him who had cursed out of the camp, and stoned him with stones. Thus the people of Israel did as the LORD commanded Moses.

Job 2:9 Then his wife said to him: "Do you still hold fast your integrity? Curse God, and die."
Job 2:10 But he said to her, "You speak as one of the foolish women would speak. Shall we receive good at the hand of God, and shall we not receive evil?" In all this Job did not sin with his lips.

Matthew 12:31 Therefore I tell you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven.

Mark 3:29 . . . whoever blasphemes the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is guilty of an eternal sin"

Luke 12:10 And every one who speaks a word against the Son of man will be forgiven; but he who blasphemes the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven.

[ NOTE: "Watch your mouth, boy!" There is not "unconditional love forgiveness" for every possible sin!]

First Corinthians 12:3 Therefore I want you to understand that no one speaking by the Spirit of God ever says: "Jesus be cursed!" and no one can say: "Jesus is Lord" except by the Holy Spirit.

Ephesians 4:30 And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, in whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.

First John 5:16 If any one sees his brother committing what is not a mortal sin, he will ask, and God will give him life for those whose sin is not mortal. There is sin which is mortal; I do not say that one is to pray for that.

BONUS THOUGHTS:

The Religion Clauses of the First Amendment of the United States Constitution state that: "Congress shall make no law respecting the establishment of religion, nor prohibiting the free exercise of religion."

Of necessity, the will of a majority of judges, civilians, and more decide what religion, in particular (and there are particulars to decide about) are to not be established, and what religions, in particular, are to not be prohibited.

The cause of why there are particulars of religion (not simply denominational varieties) is first of all because there are diverse religions of various types and kinds, and second of all because that motley assortment of different religions is obviously and very often at odds and contrary to each other in public-utterance ideology and public practice. Conflict among their conflicting proponents would inevitably and horribly lead to devastating physical battle and consequential anarchy in chaos.

It can and should be universally agreed upon, by everyone, that religious beliefs and actions which clearly lead - ultimately - to extinction not of but against humanity are to not be established not merely by Congress but those who elect Congressmen, and that religious beliefs and actions which clearly do NOT lead - ultimately - to extinction against humanity are to not be prohibited.

There is much activism nowadays of those whose religion (and essentially it certainly could and should be considered their "religion") is to advocate and promote:

(1) homosexuality in both its forms of being effeminate and sodomite,
(2) prevention or disruption of reproductive womb-baby conception and childbirth by various means of abortion, and
(3) equating women with men in every possible and reasonably-sensible way (keeping in mind that most men are documented (officially and otherwise) as stronger, taller, heavier, more enduring, arguably smarter and more creative, calmer and less moody (without menstrual periods and related disabilities), and not as gullibly susceptible to temptation).

It has been said in a certain-yet-existing, highly-respected, valid-science-congruent, time-honored collection of sacred books called The Holy Bible (which cannot be overlooked nor ignored or must not prejudicially be baselessly disdained) that "righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people". [Proverbs 14:34]

And what is "righteousness" -- even from a purely secular (though not anti-religious) and common-sense perspective?

Homosexuals, abortionists, and feminists can honestly and allowably be compared to those wackos and goofs who chose to drive on the wrong side of a two-lane highway - contrary to the equivalent of heterosexuals, baby-conception and childbirth advocates in theory and practice, plus the patriarchal who believe that women are to be respected and not abused, yet nevertheless are the inferior of the two genders. [First Peter 3:7] and thus should not be in authority over men [First Timothy 2:11-15].

Would you want to drive on a two-lane highway knowing that some of the above are going to deliberately, divisively, anti-socially, and irresponsibly . . . perhaps suddenly and without warning . . . drive on the wrong side of the highway?

Even to be on the tolerant and broad-minded lookout for the non-discriminatory sake of inclusive diversity for, because of, yet against such dangerous deviates would cause not merely casual concern and worry, but cumulatively result in debilitating anxiety and severe apprehension, to the extent of finally causing massive and destructive mental dysfunction against sane and sensible other drivers on the highway.

Finally, military-service questionnaires should include the question: "Are you willing to serve under a female commander, or engage in combat with a female soldier?"

My guess is that most sensible young men would forthrightly answer that question with a negative. And that negative answer should indeed and consistently be the conditions under which they serve their country.
